Secure Capture & Encrypted Portal
All player data collected from you — including player names, team lists, emails & mobile phone numbers — must be uploaded directly through our secure, encrypted portal by you.

Why do we do this? This system ensures that sensitive information is protected from the point of capture and always remains within our secure environment. We take the security of all personal information very seriously and this is the simplest way of protecting your players and members.

Paper Backdrop

A paper backdrop gives your photos thE MODERN media day look — clean, crisp, and full focus on the athlete.

We roll out a big seamless backdrop in your chosen colour (yep, we’ve got over 10 options), and shoot your team like they’re stepping into a magazine spread.

No distractions, just bold portraits that pop.

Stage with bright spotlights shining downward, showing a large, domed structure and seating area, likely at a concert or event venue.

Digital Backdrop

A digital backdrop is a custom-designed background we add after we take your photo — like magic, but real.

We shoot your team members on a green screen, then drop in a slick digital background that matches your club’s colours, style, or theme. Want something bold with your logo and patterns? Done. Want it clean and simple with just your colours? Easy.

It means your club’s photos look sharp, consistent, and totally pro — without needing a fancy location.

Natural Backdrop

A natural background means we shoot your team right where they play — out on the field, court, or track. No screens, no backdrops, just your club in its element.

We frame the photos with your sporting venue or stadium in the background — giving a real sense of place and pride. Whether it’s the footy posts, netball courts, or grandstands behind them, it’s all about showing the heart of your club.
