Digital Files & Downloads
I didn’t receive my ‘Digital Downloads’ email / link
Once you order, you’ll get two emails: one receipt and one with your download link. Check your ‘junk’ or ‘spam’ folder — sometimes it hides there.
How can I download my digital downloads to my computer?
Visit orders.sportsmediaqueensland.com and log into your account.
Go to Digital portraits in the menu.
Click My Downloads (or use your download link).
You can download all files as a ZIP or one-by-one.
How can I download my digital downloads to my phone?
It varies by phone. If possible, download to a computer. If not, see our short How-to Video for phone downloads.
What’s included in digital downloads?
All images in a single child’s folder — excluding the group photo and siblings photos. Sibling shots can be purchased individually.
Is the group / team photo included in digital downloads?
No. For privacy reasons, group/team photos are print-only. You can order them in any size from our Group Photo Prints section.
I’ve downloaded my digital files — how do I unzip them?
Right-click or double-click the folder, choose Extract or Unzip, and your photos will be ready in a new folder.
Ordering, Prints, Packages
How do I order individual prints?
In the menu, click Prints & Products → choose Portrait Pictures or Group Pictures → select a size → drag your chosen image into the centre area → click Add to Cart.
How do I purchase the group / team photo?
Either include it in a print package or order separately in the Group Pictures section.
The 10-day ‘Time Limited Discount’ has expired — can I still get it?
No, discounts are for orders within the first 10 days so we can process together. For special circumstances, contact us.
Does the package price include both my children’s photos?
No, packages are per child.
I’ve misplaced my log in code.
If you’ve logged in before, use your email + password. Otherwise, email us at orders@sportsmediaqueensland.com.
Delivery Fees & Times
The ‘Free Club Delivery’ period has expired — can I still get free delivery?
No, but for special cases please contact us.
Why do you charge for postage?
Home delivery orders after the free window are charged at cost to cover individual packaging and postage.
How long will my order take?
Free Club Delivery: within 21 days of the window closing
Home Delivery: within 14 days of order

It’s live, professional photography of your match — from the first whistle to the final siren — delivered in real time to your club and fans.
Which sports do you cover for game day?
We cover a wide range — Rugby league and Union, netball, soccer, AFL, basketball, athletics, and more. If your sport’s not listed, just ask.
How quickly will we see our game day images?
Our goal is instant delivery — images are uploaded live during the match so clubs can share them straight away.
Do we need to book game day coverage in advance?
Yes, bookings are essential to secure your date and photographer. Popular weekends fill quickly.
Can we get both still photos and video highlights?
Absolutely. We can capture action photography and short-form video reels for social media.
Do you cover finals, tournaments, and representative games?
Yes — we bring the same elite coverage to any game, from local rounds to championship deciders.
Can parents or players purchase game day photos?
Yes. Game day galleries are uploaded to our secure ordering platform, with purchase options for prints or downloads.
Do you offer sponsorship or club fundraising from game day coverage?
Yes — clubs can receive a percentage of sales back as a fundraising boost
